A couple days of rain free weather has cleared up Tampa Bay nicely. On our last Tampa Bay Fishing Charter we had a great Spanish Mackerel bite, along with blue fish mixed in. After we left the mackerel grounds we headed to some nearshore sand bars where we have been catching some good Tampa Bay Sea trout. The tide was at its peak and my guys wanted to try and catch a Tampa Bay Red fish. These guys have been on a Tampa Bay Fishing Charter with me before and love to catch red fish. We just could not make the red fish eat today. So as we do on every Tampa Bay Fishing Charter we went to the hot bite. We pulled up on an edge of the flat that has produced for us this month. We very quickly limited out on Tampa Bay Sea trout and headed in to clean up the fish. This was a very productive half day Tampa Bay Fishing Charter. I am still looking to for that red fish bite to get consistent as it should any week now. We will see how this weeks Tampa Fishing Charters end up! Book your Tampa Bay Fishing Charter today and fish with the best Tampa Bay Fishing Guides!

Our last Tampa Bay Fishing Charter was met with hot muggy weather, but no rain! This is a good thing, the tides should clear out a little of the fresh water and the fishing should get back to normal. We are still catching some nice Tampa Bay Sea trout on our Tampa Fishing Charters, but are also catching mackerel, bluefish, sharks and more! We recently caught some really fun 40 lb Tarpon near the port. No monsters but we had a blast! Tampa Bay Fishing Charters should be heating up in the Red Fish department soon, as this is the time of year they usually get steady for me. There are a few more corporate events on the calendar, and I look forward to fishing with some of the best Tampa Bay Fishing Guides the area has to offer. The Cobia are still around and we hope to snag a few on this weeks Tampa Bay Fishing Charters. Fishing Tampa Bay can be a little tough in the June -August time frame, due to the hot water. That water Temp is rising and the fish are pushing into deeper cooler water. On this Tampa Bay Fishing Charter, I had the pleasure of fishing the Make a wish foundations fishing tournament today. My guys were great and knew how to fish, the morning bite was slow as the tide was held up a little by the wind. As the day progressed we grinded through some nice redfish and snook., as we had about an hour left, one of the dead bait rods went off and it did not slow down. As we got it closer to the boat we realized it was a huge Tampa Bay Redfish!! We measure it at 35.8 inches, this would go on to win the largest redfish for the tournament! My anglers did a great job. However flounder have made a good showing over the last few days. Good numbers of Seat trout are still being caught on the start of the incoming tide and on the last of the outgoing. Tampa Bay Redfish have been the main attraction and sure thing as of late on our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters though…With Redfish up to 33 inches. Big Snook can be caught if you put your time in and your fishing the right spot. The Tampa Bay Tarpon Charters are starting soon, the good dates and tides fill up fast so book your Tampa Bay Fishing Charter today!

On our last Tampa Bay Fishing Charter, we were greeted with cooler temps from the late front that dropped in our area. The morning bite was a little slow but as the day went on the temperature warmed the bite got hotter. We managed several nice Tampa Bay Snook, Redfish and Trout. Our Tampa Bay Fishing Charter ended at Hula Bay club with a cold beverage with my clients while I was cleaning there catch. Tampa Bay Fishing Charters should only get better as we move towards May. Limits of Homosassa Sea Trout have been coming in on our Homosassa Fishing Charters, mixed in with Spanish Mackeral and a few nice Homosassa Redfish. We ran a double today on our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters. The first trip was a large group ran by myself and a few other well known Tampa Bay Fishing Guides in the area. It was a bit of slam tournament, for some friendly competition. My guys had a blast catching There first Tampa Bay Redfish, Snook & Trout. A great time was had on all boats with all of the Tampa Bay Fishing Guides. My afternoon Tampa Bay Fishing Charters was met with 25 knot winds and 4ft waves. We crossed Tampa Bay in less than ideal conditions, but were rewarded with some Tampa Bay Redfish, after that we had to grind out some snook and trout. We called the trip at about a 8:30pm and we went back to clean up the fish. All in all a great day full of Tampa Bay Fishing Charters. Homosassa Fishing Charters have also been steady with daily limits if Trout being caught from Crystal River to Homosassa. The Homosassa Redfish are also starting to show up on good numbers. The wind had picked up these past couple of trips on our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters. We still managed to catch at least three or four 32 inch Tampa Bay Redfish though! Tampa Bay Trout are still being caught in good numbers as well. On my last Tampa Bay Fishing Charter we had a great Snook, Redfish and trout bite. With the sporty conditions we had find some cover to get out of the wind, we did and so did the fish! The first 2 hours of the last Tampa Bay Fishing Charter was non-stop Snook catching action! As the day went on, the wind picked up and the bite slowed down. With weather coming in over the next couple days we will have to play the next couple of charters by ear…. Book your Tampa Bay Fishing Charter today and lets go fishing!!

My last 2 Tampa Bay Fishing Charters were fantastic!! My clients were awesome and so was the fishing! On these last 2 Tampa Bay fishing Charters we caught multiple inshore slams on each trip. On the beginning of the incoming tide the Tampa Bay Seatrout bite was hot! with many over 20 inches.. The Tampa Bay Redfish bite has picked up for me as well. My crew have been landing many redfish around 26 inches. The snook bite cooled down a bit from last week, I think due to the tides and the pressure. This Spring book your Tampa Bay Fishing Charter and lets do some catching! The bite for our Homosassa Fishing Charters is still strong with a great Homosassa Trout bite. Capt Art is also starting catch some nice Homosassa redfish as well. Give us a call and book your next Homosassa Fishing Charter today!!

The Tampa Bay Redfish bite today was also very good! Today on our Tampa Bay Fishing Charter we started out looking for white bait on the flats. We had the well blacked out in about one hour, from there we worked the tide hitting the deeper cuts until the water came up to the mangroves. On this Tampa Bay Fishing Charter the we caught over 30 Tampa Bay Snook, and mixed in some real nice Tampa Bay Redfish. All American Charters would like to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! to Captain Art Wile! We had an Inshore Slam catching Redfish, Snook, and Trout! We had plenty of white bait and the fish were hungry. The other Tampa Bay Fishing Charter we ran this weekend was out of Sunset Grill at Little Harbor in Ruskin. We were able to sneak into the back country and and have a hay day with some nice sized snook. This Tampa Bay Fishing Charter was a group trip and all three boats caught Redfish, Snook and Trout. We fishing until the storms from this late front made us call it around lunch time. On our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters this past week, we had to deal with some pretty strong fronts moving in the area. The weather and water temperature are very cold with temps in the 58-60 degrees in Tampa Bay and even colder in Homosassa. Our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters have been focused on Sheepehead, Seatrout, and silver trout. We are fishing deep cuts and channels to get to the concentration of fish. On our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters we are doing well on bigger trout and catching a few Redfish on the warm ups. On our Homosassa Fishing Charters we are finding trout anyplace where the main rivers spill into the creeks or cuts. The Sheephead are also starting to eat in Homosassa. Spring is right around the corner, and it won’t take much warm weather to heat the action up again! Spring is very busy so book your Tampa Bay Fishing Charter or Homosassa Fishing Charter today!

Happy New Year! I hope this year is the best ever for you and your family! I ran a double on New Years eve day, and we had some great catches. The weather has changed drastically this month on our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters. The water temperature as of today in Tampa Bay has plummeted to the 60 degree mark pushing all of the fish we go after, into there winter time hide outs. On our Tampa Fishing charters, We have been concentrating on deeper docks, hard bottomed canals and creeks, and holes. Lower slot Redfish have been coming from the areas docks and deeper creeks. Trout have also been coming from the same areas, the deeper oyster beds on the warm ups have been producing decent fish as well. On our Tampa Fishing Charters, we have been using shrimp as of late, all of the white bait in my area is very deep or very hard to get. The Skyway bridge is still holding bait along with range markers along the south shore. On our Homosassa Fishing Charters, Homosassa sheeps head fishing is full swing with limits being caught on the near shore rock piles. Homosassa trout limits are also being caught when the weather permits. Stay tuned we will see what happens in the next month!

Well, we had one of the warmest Christmas days in a long time! We ran Tampa Bay Fishing Charters and Homoassa Fishing Charters all the way up to Christmas eve before we took a break for a few days. I am not sure if we are going a have a real winter this year with El nino in effect. Tampa Bay and Homosassa waters have cooled down a little, but we are still running about 7-10 degrees warmer than usual. On our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters, we are still catching plenty of Snook on whitebait, near all of the creek mouths and even on the oyster bars. The Redfish have been in a late summer to very early fall pattern as well. I am fishing the Tampa Bay redfish as if I was in early October right now. The bite has slowed down for my Homosassa Fishing Charters and Tampa Bay Fishing Charters, I think due to weather. There calling for cooler weather this upcoming week, lets see if it pushes the fish where they should be this time of year.

The Tampa Bay Redfishing continues to be strong. On our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters this week, our clients have had over 30 fish days! The Homosassa Fishing Charters have also yielded tons of Homosassa Redfish as well. Most days this time of the year on our inshore Homosassa Fishing Charters, we start out catching some nice Sea Trout, Sea bass, and Spanish Mackeral, then as the incoming tides comes are way, we have been catching a ton of Redfish!!

The past two weeks we have seen superb fishing on our Tampa Bay Fishing Charters, the last five or so trips have produced a ton of Tampa Bay Redfish, and some keeper Snook as well. We have had multiple inshore slams, and the sea trout are starting to show up as well! From now until late October early November, is some of the best times to be on a Tampa Bay Fishing Charter. Grouper action has picked up on the near shore rocks on our Homosassa Fishing Charters and its not uncommon to get your limit rather quickly. You can round the day out Homosassa Fishing with some key west grunts, snapper, flounder, and spanish mackerel. There are Truly endless possibilities this time of year in both areas we fish. I advise to go ahead and get your Tampa Bay Fishing Charter or Homosassa Fishing Charter booked, before the cold fronts start dropping in..

This weeks Tampa Bay fishing charters where slowed by the threat of Tropical storm Erika. Turns out….We did not even get much rain!! Anyway we were fishing around the full moon which made the bite a little slower than its been. You combine a full moon with 90 degree water temperatures and you get lazy fish. It’s now Snook season and we are catching Snook on our Tampa bay Fishing Charters..But the best bites are early in the morning and late afternoon on swift moving tides. Tampa Bay Night time Snook Charters this time of the year can be killer! The redfish and trout bite will continue to get better as we move away from the full moon. I am booked up for Labor day weekend, and hope to report a hot bite…Don’t forget our Homosassa Scallop Charters! Scallop season still runs until September 24th!! Detailed report coming up next week!

This week we had incredibly hot and humid weather. With water temperatures near 90 degrees in Tampa Bay and Homosassa. My Homosassa Scallop Charters this week yielded beautiful Homosassa Scallops. Homosassa Scallop Charters are the perfect outdoor activity this time of the year! About 1 mile west of the candy pole out of the stick channel near Homosassa we found clear water and big scallops. Both families this week reached there limit in no time. Staying up in Homosassa, on our Homosassa Fishing Charters the red fish bite has seemed to be the best thing going inshore right now. A good incoming tide is a must. We have been catching most of our fish on live and cut pinfish. Look for the concentration of mullet around keys from mason creek all the way up towards fish creek. I hope this fall will bring a good push of trout our way, good consistent trout fishing has been tough for me this year here in Homosassa. On are Tampa Bay Fishing Charters ,Redfishing is about as good as I have seen it lately. The Tampa Bay redfish are starting there annual activity of “schooling up” I have been seeing Redfish schools already this year from 20-200 fish. In those schools we have been catching jacks, ladyfish. and even some snook. Look for the Snook bite to improve as we move towards the fall. We have been catching most of our fish on live green backs, pinish and cut lady fish. That’s it for now, I will report again next week!
